An Iowa City Neighborhood

The Northside is a small historic neighborhood just north of downtown Iowa City, Iowa. Our neighborhood encompasses about 6 square blocks between Dubuque and Dodge Streets and is adjacent to the University of Iowa. We are close to parks, restaurants, theaters, shops, and cultural attractions in the city. The neighborhood offers an eclectic mix of architectural styles and a varied mix of residents--couples, singles, students, professionals, artists and musicians, retrirees, families with children -- all calling the Northside home. <more>
